About this tour

We have planned a lot of honeymoons, and this is the one we'd choose. It starts in Antigua, in a suite set around a candlelit courtyard, with private tastings and a dinner in the ruins of a colonial convent. Then, rather than a three-hour drive, a helicopter carries you over the volcanoes to a secluded lodge on Lake Atitlán, where your days are as full or as empty as you want them to be.

The finale is the Petén: a jungle lodge near Tikal, early access to the temples before anyone else arrives, and evenings listening to the forest. Everything is private, everything is flexible, and your specialist quietly takes care of the details — flowers, celebrations, a surprise or two — so you can simply enjoy each other.
